Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 1-7 days

 

Shipments or deliveries do not occur on weekends or holidays. Due to the Covid-19 pandemic we should expect that the company is experiencing a high volume of orders, and delays might be experienced. 

Shipping rates and delivery estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from the warehouse to the destination. US orders are shipped by USPS, which is a US Postal Service product. After processing and leaving the warehouse, items usually take between 8 – 10 days to arrive at their destination but can take longer from time to time. A tracking will be emailed to you as soon as your item is shipped. International delivery usually takes about 8-10 business days.

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses

We do not deliver to P.O Box or APO/FPO Addresses.

Shipment confirmation and order tracking

A shipment confirmation and tracking number will be sent out as soon as the order has been processed and shipped.

Customs, duties, and taxes

Tuff Grit is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

Tuff Grit is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
